Below are many questions we are frequently asked. Please refer to our FAQ section for the information you desire. Complete Equipment aims to provide our customers with as many answers and as much information as we possibly can. If your question is not answered below, you're welcome to contact us either over the phone or by email!


What if I do not see an item I want on your site?

We strive to advertise every product we have in-store on our website, however much of our inventory is not listed! If you do not see the item on our website that you are interested in we have much more in-store. Give us a call to verify or we can certainly order it for you.


Are you open on weekends?

No! Our business hours are as follows: Monday-Thursday from 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 4pm. We are open occasionaly on Saturday.


How long will it take for you to fix my tool?

This depends on how busy we are and how many other tools are waiting to be fixed. We have technicians working all throughout the week so a service order shouldn't take longer than ________.


Do you repair ________ tool/brand?

We repair ___________ from brands including but not limited to: Makita, Bostitch, Hitachi, Campbell Hausfeld, Grip Rite, Husky, Porter Cable, Grex and Primatech.


Do you repair ________ kitchen appliance?

No we do not fix your vacuums, dishwashers, microwaves or other home appliances.


Why haven't I received a call about my tool?

Your tool is not done until you have received a call. If you have not received a call and you come to pick up your tool, it will most likely not be ready. If you haven't received a call and it has been longer than ______ weeks, a part may be on backorder or there may be other tools ahead of yours waiting to be repaired.


Do you sell your products online?

No, we sell product and handle repairs in-store only.
